Tomorrow’s the big day. I didn’t sleep well last night. Not only did I have a lot running through my head, there was also a lot of random noise in the room. There was a substantial “beeping” noise (not using the term “beeping” to represent a curse word, but rather desciribing the noise itself). This noise started around 3:30am and went off every few minutes through the rest of the night. We’re not quite sure where it was coming from, but suspects include the new iron and the smoke detector.
The rehearsal went well. I’m really glad. I know that a smoothe rehearsal does a lot for a busy bride. Kristin is doing great and we’re both excited about tomorrw. It is rather surreal to think that tomorrow is actually the day. It’s a totally unique feeling of anticipation, excitement, and maybe some nerves…Our rehearsal lunch at Carrabbas went great! It was good to see all of our family and friends! Here are some pics from the day so far…I will keep blogging over the next day or so and then disappear for at least a week.

I DON’T WANT ANY CALAMARI!!!
My groomsmen got me a new 30 gig iPod!!! I’m pretty stoked. I haven’t had an iPod since the wheel on mine broke several months ago. The new iPod was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated…It has been really good to spend time with my friends and family. Thanks to everyone who has already made this weekend to remember.

Daylight Saving Time begins this Sunday. Kristin and I will also be getting married this Sunday. For all of you family, friends, and wedding party attending, don’t forget to set your clocks forward one hour. Otherwise, you will be the loser who walks in an hour late expecting the ceremony and getting the reception. Of course, knowing my luck I’ll be the loser who walks in an hour late expecting to be the groom in a wedding and ends up being the corpse in a funeral. You can thank congressman Ed Markey (D-MA) for the extra four weeks of daylight. The bill to extend daylight savings time was introduced by the congressman to conserve energy. Anyway, this Saturday…Set your clocks FORWARD.
