Apparently Chili’s is better at customer service than they are with names. A couple weeks ago Kristin and I picked up take-out at Chili’s after church. I had been craving their queso dip all day…But when we got home with our bag of food I discovered that they had neglected to put the queso in the bag. So I called to let them know that I had not received the queso (which I had paid for). Two days later I receive a letter of apology and a $10 gift certificate made out to Mr. Ritty.
